Return, Exchange and Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Walk East. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

All the products shipped to our customers undergo robust quality checks to ensure high quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your order because it is faulty or damaged, we are happy to help you.

Products sold through our web store can be exchanged for replacement or refunded if they meet our Terms & Conditions as mentioned in our ‘Return, Exchange and Refund Policy’.

• Please note that the color of the product may slightly vary from the images due to photographic lighting or your monitor display settings.
• Cancellation and Refund are not possible against any orders.
• Items sold during sales are not applicable for exchanges (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
• We do not accept returns for products that were customized or altered.

1. Return and Exchanges
• We accept exchanges of products, except reduced/discounted or sale items.
• The exchange of the products could be for different sizes of the same product, subject to availability. *Please refer to the size chart for mentioning the desired size.
• Eligibility for exchange:
o To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition as you received it, i.e., new, unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
o The product should have all the tags and labels intact and must also be in the original packaging.
• Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
• Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the product you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund in the web store account.
• To initiate an exchange, please follow the below-mentioned steps.
1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Please select the “Exchange” option and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, by providing the order number and reasons for the exchange.
If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
4. Once we confirm the acceptance of the exchange by responding to your message, we will share the address to return the product. Please send us the product to be exchanged.
5. Please consider using a trackable shipping method for returning the product.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Please provide the tracking ID of the shipment on the “Exchange” tab.
9. After we receive the product to be exchanged, we will conduct a quality check to check if the product is in the acceptable conditions (unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all price tags and labels intact and in the original packaging) and would further be approved or declined for exchange.
10. We will respond to you with our decision regarding accepting/declining the exchange.
• If the exchange is accepted, we will process the exchange within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving the product and send you the shipment details.
• If the exchange product is not available, we will process the refund to webstore account within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
• If the exchange is declined, we will ship the same product received within 4-5 working days from the date of receiving the product and send you the shipment details.

2. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. This may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return.
• Refunds will be issued to the website account which you can use for your next purchase with us.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the last update will be revised accordingly.
